Payment is due on the 1^st of the month no later than the 5^th of the month. DHS families are required to pay the copay no later than the 5^th of each month. Payment must be made before child care starts each month and no later than the 5^th of each month.

Enrollment Fees

• $300 yearly registration fee (non-refundable)
• $800 monthly holding fee (non-refundable)

Full-time Monthly Rates

• $1400 Toddler Children Ages (13 – 35 months)
• $1300 Preschool (36 months – Kindergarten)
• $900 School (Kindergarten – 12 yrs)

Part-time Monthly Rates

• $900 Toddler Children Ages (13 – 35 months)
• $800 Preschool (36 months – Kindergarten)
• $675 School (Kindergarten – 12 yrs)

Late Payment Charges

If payment is not received by the 5th, a late fee of $25 a day will be added to your tuition payment and your child will not be able to attend care until the balance is resolved. If your account has not been paid in full by the 5th, your child will be permanently discharged from the program and a $200 fee will be applied to your final balance. 

If payment is more than 30 business days past due, we will attempt to recover payment in small claims court and/or your account sent to a 3^rd party collection agency. You will be responsible for all expenses associated with these actions including all court and attorney fees. 

Rejected Transaction Charges

All returned checks or rejected ACH (automatic debits) or credit card transactions will be charged a fee of $50. This charge may be collected electronically. Two or more returned checks or rejected transactions will result in your account being placed on “cash only” status.
